Rod Jones joined The First National Bank of Hutchinson Trust Department in 1997. He is responsible for business development and serves as an account administrator. After receiving a B.S. from Emporia State University in 1983 and working for a regional CPA firm, he spent 13 years with the trust and estate planning division of Bank IV.

Rod served as a Director for the Trust Division for the Kansas Bankers Association. He also served the Hutchinson community as a Board Member of the Hutchinson YMCA, a Board Member of the Wheatbelt Area Girl Scouts and a Board Member of the Hutchinson Boys and Girls Club.

Officer, Retirement Plan Services

Donna Richards joined First National Bank of Hutchinson in 2005. She received a B.S. in Management and an M.B.A. from Baker University. Donna completed the Certified IRA Services Professional exam from the Institute of Certified Bankers and is one of only four Kansans currently actively credentialed as a Certified Retirement Counselor® by the International Foundation for Retirement Education. Her current responsibilities include the administration of individual retirement accounts and development and implementation of 401(k) participant education activities. Donna currently serves as a board member of the Pretty Prairie, USD 311 Board of Education.

Retirement Plan Administrator, Retirement Plan Services

Jill Jones joined First National Bank of Hutchinson in 2003 and is responsible for account administration and recordkeeping for a variety of the bank’s retirement plans. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from Wichita State University. Jill has completed courses to attain the designation of QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator). She is currently a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the Relius Administration National Daily User Group.
